Role

We're looking for a COO's Right-Hand, to join the team and work directly with Camil. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence and business growth through data-driven strategies and process optimization.

Formulate and execute high-impact strategies to drive business growth

Dive deep into data to provide detailed performance insights

Profile

Master's degree in top tier Engineering school

Highly analytical, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking

Tech literacy

A first experience in investment banking, management consulting or private equity firm

Interest in gaming

English and French proficiency

A team player with a deep collaborative mindset,

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude toward receiving, acting on, and providing feedback

Demonstrated accountability, independence, and ownership over your work
