As an Operations Manager at Jamble, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing the tools and processes that keep our marketplace running smoothly. You’ll work across logistics, seller operations, and data insights to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as we continue to grow.

Role

Seller Operations & Tool Development: Design and maintain internal tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, and automation processes) to streamline seller management and optimize marketplace operations.

Data & Performance Insights: Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.

Logistics & Inventory Coordination: Oversee the flow of goods sent to and stored in our warehouse, ensuring smooth inventory management and delivery processes.

Process Optimization: Continuously improve and automate key operational workflows to scale Jamble’s business efficiently.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with tech, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure operational alignment and seller success.

Profile

Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant field, preferably in a startup, e-commerce, or operations-heavy environment.

Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, automation), and comfort working with data-driven decision-making. Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools is a plus.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Communication & Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Passion: Interest in startups, resale fashion, e-commerce, and logistics.
