We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our growing Global Marketing team to help us strengthen Botify’s brand awareness and support our go-to-market initiatives. This is a temporary position covering maternity leave, with an expected duration of a minimum of 4 months (potentially longer). You will report directly to our VP of Brand & Experience Marketing. not limited to but including the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and People teams to elevate the Botify brand. Being a small global tech start-up, we are looking for a self-starter with a bold brand vision, SaaS/tech experience, and a knack for turning ideas into stunning visuals to join our Creative Lead in our Paris HQ.

Role Overview
Your responsibilities :
Brand & Marketing Design
Create multi-channel marketing assets, including social media graphics, digital ads, email headers, landing page visuals, and event graphics.
Design customer-facing materials, such as case studies, product visuals, ebooks, one-pagers, and infographics.
Develop presentations, pitch decks, and sales collateral for internal and external use.
Design booth graphics, banners, signage, and merch for conferences, events, and experiential activations.
Support the design of new website pages for both desktop and mobile experiences with the digital team guidance.

Creative Execution & Brand Consistency
Own and evolve Botify's brand vision across all marketing and sales materials.
Help maintain brand standards and collateral, including business cards, letterheads, email signatures, and templates.
Ensure that your designs are optimized for digital and print formats (when needed).

Collaboration & Innovation
Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams on various design projects.
Liaise with external vendors to approve proofs and finalize printed materials.
Stay up to date on design trends, AI-driven creative tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance brand execution.
Commitment to reviewing and refining designs based on feedback to align with brand goals.
Contribute to the conceptualization of campaigns and events, ensuring strong visual storytelling and engaging experiences.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional design quality and attention to detail.
Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams on various design projects.
Liaise with external vendors to approve proofs and finalize printed materials.
Stay up to date on design trends, AI-driven creative tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance brand execution.

Your qualification:
Fluent in English
5+ years of experience in graphic design within a SaaS, tech, or B2B environment with a strong understanding of the industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (including knowledge with Adobe Firefly), Figma, HubSpot, and Google Slides.
Experience developing and maintaining brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
Strong conceptual and executional skills—able to both ideate and produce high-quality marketing collateral.
Versatile design expertise, spanning social media graphics, presentations, landing pages, reports, and employer branding materials.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain a cohesive brand presence across all creative outputs.
Very strong attention to details
Bonus: Animation and motion design skills (videos, animations, 3D).

Salary
Base salary: 55-65 K
