Preferred Experience

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in the field of software and data engineering
Expert-level proficiency in Python (FastAPI)
Deep hands-on experience running and optimizing Postgres and Kafka in production
Strong experience in software engineering projects with emphasis on impactful outcomes and engaging internal or external client collaborations and satisfaction
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences
You value code simplicity and performance. You are detail-oriented and enjoy working with other engineers to solve problems.
Fluency in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.Bonus Skills
Experience in a cloud-native or multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP)
You are familiar with running large scale distributed compute/storage tools in production, (Kubernetes, Postgres, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis).
You are enthusiastic about cyber-security and you would be proud to contribute to a safer cyberspace

BONUS SKILLS
