Preferred Experience

With a confirmed level and already 5 years of experience, you have a strong command of web development in general using PHP/HTML/CSS/JS and are capable of transforming a specific need, as defined by a product team (specifications), into concrete code.
We are looking for an experienced developer specializing in our technologies (mainly PHP/Laravel and React.js, though experience with other technologies is welcome) to join Onepilot’s tech team.
Proactive, you demonstrate autonomy and are a source of proposals on a daily basis.
You are capable of driving challenging projects and are seen as a technical leader
Dynamic, you wish to join a new team in a young and fast-growing company. You enjoy change and are adaptable, especially as your group expands.
You appreciate being a pioneer in your field and are ambitious.
You use AI in your work on a regular basis

Recruitment Process

👉 A video-call with the HR team to better understand your career plan and your fit for the role ~ 30 min

Two choices before the second interview:

- Realise a technical test at home that you will present ~ 2h00

- Select wisely one or two side personal projects you are proud enough to present

👉 A second interview with Baptiste, our Head of Engineering and Sacha, our CTO:

- Discussion of your past experience and what you like about your job ~ 30 min

- Review of your technical test or side projects ~ 15 min

- Discussion about your expectations about your next company, the way you use AI in your work and a Q&A session ~ 30min

👉 A culture fit interview with a Squad Leader Engineer and another pilot from a different team than the technical one.
