Preferred Experience

Already wired to be a founder. You've probably started something: a company, a side project that made money, a student org you ran like a startup. You don't ask for permission.
Commercially sharp. You can read a P&L, build a model, follow an M&A process. Prior VC, M&A, consulting, or (best) startup experience is a plus — but what matters is that you think like an operator.
AI-curious and builder-minded. You don't need to code. You need to be genuinely excited about using AI to 10x your output, and willing to learn fast. The candidates we'll hire have already played with Claude, Cursor, or similar tools on their own.
Clear thinker, clear writer. In English and ideally French. Short, sharp, no corporate filler.
Hungry for the next step. You see this 6-month seat for what it is: the best possible runway before launching something of your own
