WHY WE NEED YOU?

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our International Sales Enablement team to support our international growth and ensure our sales teams have the right training, content, and processes to succeed.

Your mission will be to support the Sales Enablement team in creating training content, coordinating learning initiatives, and contributing to transverse Sales projects in order to help our sales representatives stay up to date, ramp up effectively, and support the continued growth of our international sales organization.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.

You will work closely with the International Sales Enablement team, currently composed of a Sales Enablement Manager and a Sales Enablement Specialist. You will also be in constant contact with our 70 sales representatives in France and abroad, supporting them with training, content, processes, and transverse projects.

The team plays a key role in supporting Scaleway's international growth by ensuring that new hires are properly trained and onboarded, while helping sales teams strengthen their methodology and ramp up effectively.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

Tasks

● Create and update training courses, learning materials, and Sales collateral

● Simplify complex business processes into clear and digestible content for Sales teams

● Organize and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and content

● Support Sales teams in the ISO 9001 quality project

● Contribute to transverse Sales projects involving processes and data

● Participate in the activity reporting of the Sales Enablement team

● Stay in close contact with Sales representatives in France and abroad to ensure they have up-to-date content and information

● Contribute to the continuous improvement of Sales training and onboarding initiatives

● Explore and leverage tools such as Google Workspace, Genially, Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, Guideflow, and Figma

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS

● Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Master's degree, ideally in Business, Sales, Learning & Development, Digital Marketing, or Communication

● C1+ level in English and in French, both written and spoken

● Strong writing and communication skills

● Comfortable creating presentations and visual content with tools such as Canva and Google Slides

● Strong interest in technology, Cloud, and AI

SOFTSKILLS

● Detail-oriented and rigorous

● Highly curious, with a strong appetite for learning

● Dynamic, agile, and proactive

● Comfortable communicating with and connecting with a large and international Sales community

● Strong interest in education, learning, and development
